Gopi, Krishna, Mohan, Murthy are close friends, all of who fall in love with their neighbor Seetha. They employ various tactics to try attracting her, which creates problems in their friendship. Finally, they all come to a decision to directly ask her whom she loves. She informs that she is in love with Madhu, with whom her marriage is fixed, but spoiled due to Madhu's father Gandabherundam's greed for dowry. How the four friends, with the help of Subbarao and Dumbu, teach a lesson to Gandabherundam, and make possible the marriage of Seetha and Madhu is the rest of the interestingly narrated story.
